Dr Kate Stevens
Kate is an experienced clinical psychologist who has enjoyed working in a range of NHS settings before moving into private practice. Kate has a particular interest in working with teenagers and young adults and the challenges that this developmental stage raises for everyone. Kate spent 6 years living and working in Hong Kong and joined the OCP team upon her return to the UK in 2020.
Kate uses a range of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Kate lives in Oxford with her family.
